We really ‘walk the walk’ of creating a great place at KSA.
We aren’t simply colleagues. We are a true creative community. We see each other each month outside of work for a fun event like clay pigeon shooting, kayaking, wine tasting, archery, laser quest, go karting, ten pin bowling, board game cafe, or sometimes simply for dinner.
We have a volleyball team that plays against other local businesses, and we have professionally run Pilates sessions in the studio every fortnight - partly because it’s fun, but also to help protect the backs of people who sometimes spend a few too many hours devotedly seated in front of a screen.
People don’t just pay lip-service at KSA. The ‘Placemaker’ idea really does guide the way we think and work. It’s a responsibility as well as an approach.
I absolutely love it here. I feel encouraged and supported. There’s always the opportunity to speak up and stand out, but in every sense we are a real team. I know that what I do affects people’s lives.
