3 Golden Rules for Success at Later Living Design
Housing design for later living has plenty of scope to offer better options for the aging population of the UK. Now there is a gap between what the over 55 age group wants and what is on offer.
People are at the centre of everything we do, we foster and nurture a creative and innovative environment in which all excel.
Experience KSAI joined KSA in 2022 with a wealth of professional and international experience across many sectors including residential. As an Architect, I work on concept design solutions, feasibility studies, detailed planning application and construction drawings packages.
Throughout my academic studies (Diploma in Architecture at the University of Patras, Greece / Digital Cities and Urban Planning at Politecnico di Milano, Italy / Msc Design and Digital Media at Edinburgh College of Arts/ Post-Graduate Certificate in Professional Practice and Management in Architecture at Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL), I have received a series of awards including the George Simpson Design and Digital Media Prize for the best performing student on the Msc in Edinburgh College of Arts.
My love for new technologies has helped me to evolve my digital skills in two-dimensional space design and three-dimensional experience. I am a keen user of different design software programmes and am interested in exploring and developing my skills in BIM Coordination. KSA have supported me in enriching my knowledge. To progress in my role as BIM Coordinator, I have attended and successfully completed a Professional BIM training course (provided by buildingSMART).
