The 2015 CDM Regulations place certain obligations on developers for Health & Safety compliance in both the pre-construction and construction phases of their projects. You are, however, permitted professional assistance in discharging this responsibility.

KSA provides support in this regard, with our experienced team members acting as Principal Designer and overseeing compliance of all parties and contractors during pre-Construction. We will then also carry the role on into the construction phase, ensuring the Principal Contractor executes its HSE obligations appropriately.
