We believe passionately in the importance of including the wider community in the evolution of any development.

To this end, we have a Head of Communications who is responsible for managing engagement with stakeholders. This consists mainly of tenant, resident and community consultation events, ranging from one-to-one meetings to full open day events.

At these events, our Placemakers take an understanding and open-minded approach, bringing people along on the planning journey, listening to concerns and responding to feedback which has proved invaluable on many occasions.

This extra care scheme of 70 flats replaced an existing older persons provision on site that was no longer fit for purpose with a modern, high quality facility that enhanced the living environment of both residents and the wider community.

North Town

£100 million, 700 unit large-scale redevelopment scheme including the regeneration of an existing community on the North Town Estate in Aldershot.
